How we handle money raised

HADAF is a voluntary organisation with no paid staff. We raise money for specific purposes and report afterwards on what it was spent on. Humanitarian work in Afghanistan is carried out with Shuhada Organization, which has worked in Afghan provinces since 1989 on health, education, human rights and emergency relief, and which runs children's homes in Ghazni and Bamiyan.

If a purpose becomes impossible to fulfil, or funds are left over, the national board decides on a related humanitarian purpose within the organisation's statutes and reports this to the national assembly.

You may give anonymously. We do not pass donors' details on to anyone else.

Accounts, questions and complaints

Appeal accounts and the organisation's annual accounts are available on request from regnskab@hadaf.nu.

If you are unhappy with the way we fundraise, we would rather hear it first — write to info@hadaf.nu. You may also complain to Indsamlingsnævnet, the Danish Fundraising Board.
